Overestimating allows for breathing room, but at the risk of having a project denied. Underestimating a budget may permit a faster approval but this may lead to serious problems down the road. We use various tools and software for financial modelling and analysis to streamline this process and ensure accuracy in our appraisals. The goal is to make informed decisions regarding the feasibility and profitability of the construction and development project.

We can provide procurement and tendering advice by guiding our clients through the process of acquiring land and through the different stages of the development. We assist by understanding our client’s needs, developing procurement strategy, preparing tender document, identifying supplier and contractors, managing the tendering process, evaluating and analysing bids, and assisting with contact documentation.
