About FM-QS Solutions
FM-QS Solutions is a multi-discipline construction and property development company founded in 2013 by Fidipe Meadows (BEng (Hons), MSc, MRICS), providing quality independent quantity surveying and cost consulting services from an experienced and talented team of professional consultants.
We provide hands on involvement on projects of all sizes. Each project has committed senior management input and expertise readily available for direct contact with clients for bespoke advice and guidance.
At FM-QS we take pride in providing finely detailed cost estimates and reports; whether a one-off estimate or run-through involvement from start to completion of a project.
About The Founder
Fidipe is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and a Register Valuer with over 15 years’ experience in the property and construction industry. He has worked within the private residential, student residential and office accommodation markets, undertaking both refurbishment and new build projects.
He has a wealth of pre and post contract experience, carrying out specialist cost management for a variety of different schemes including multi-storey office blocks, hotel developments, residential buildings, stadia, leisure, schools and colleges, the rail and aviation industry and the data center sector.
Fidipe has also been active in the residential sector for over 10 years and has delivered varying forms of homes including affordable and private homes, apartment blocks, houses, office to residential conversions, bungalows, terrace houses, Grade 1 and 2 listed conversions and the infrastructure associated with each.
His area of expertise is project cost control, where he has been responsible for managing cost on projects ranging in value from £50,000 to over £500 million, from inception through to project completion, utilising various forms of contracts, including JCT, NEC, FIDIC and bespoke forms.
